RECENT ACTION: Fighting the Rodent Infestation

The Park West Village Tenants Association (PWVTA) has been actively addressing the serious rodent infestation affecting our community. Residents have reported rats throughout the property including building lobbies and compactor rooms, individual apartments, sidewalk areas, particularly near 784 Columbus Ave., and the parking lot area near the library. The PWVTA actively monitors living conditions and immediately escalates serious health and safety concerns to appropriate authorities. We don't wait for problems to worsen - we take action. Please see the attachment for an update on the immediate actions taken and ongoing efforts to resolve this unacceptable situation.
